A different answer to the old Lineage II problem

It has been observed for years that many Lineage II players enjoy the hype of a fresh start, play hard for 1 or 2 months, and then move to another server just to feel that early game rush again. This is one of the main reasons many servers die. When the first wave of activity drops, the world becomes too quiet and the admin no longer has enough activity to keep it alive with confidence.

Warland follows the opposite strategy. We keep the excitement of a new beginning through Boosted openings, but instead of letting that activity disappear, we merge it back into the permanent Main Legacy world. Players enjoy the beautiful feeling of early competition, fresh economy and new rivalry, while the long term world becomes stronger after every season.

This is not a 1 month plan. It is not a 1 year plan. It is not even a 5 year plan. Warland has scheduled openings and merges up to 2046, with a 20 year strategic direction created to give the Lineage II community a stable no wipe world where players can enjoy the game they love for many years.

The Main Legacy x20 server is permanent and long term. That is good, but it also means older players already have progress. The Boosted x20 server exists to reduce that gap. You start in a fresh world with boosted progression, Activity Rewards, Legacy Fragments, access to Gold, and rare Crystal Scrolls. After 2 months, your important progress merges into the Main Legacy x20 world.

Why Crystal Scrolls matter so much

On the Main Legacy world, access to Crystal Scrolls will be extremely limited, around once every 6 months. Even if the enchant success chance is only 1%, the scroll is 100% safe: if it fails, the item does not break and does not drop enchant level. It stays exactly where it is. That makes Crystal Scrolls one of the most valuable items in Warland, especially for new players who want safe progress and for serious players who want to complete over enchanted sets, even up to +16.

Your path is simple: start on Boosted x20, collect Legacy Fragments and Activity Rewards, build access to Gold and Crystal Scrolls, then continue on the permanent Main Legacy x20 server with better chances to compete.

The success chance may be low, even 1%, but the attempt is safe. For old players, this is how expensive sets and weapons can be pushed carefully over time, even toward +16, without gambling the item itself.
