Payments and Refund Policy

1. Scope of this Policy

This Payments and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on Warland, including but not limited to VIP status, VIP Coins, virtual currency, digital items, boosters and any other in game services provided through our website, launcher or related platforms.

By completing a payment on Warland, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this policy.


2. Nature of Digital Services

All services offered by Warland are digital in game services.

Digital services are delivered electronically and linked directly to the user’s Warland account.
Delivery is performed automatically or manually by the system shortly after payment confirmation.

There is no physical shipment or downloadable file involved.


3. Instant Delivery

Most digital services are delivered instantly after successful payment.

In some cases, delivery may require a short verification period. This process usually takes a few minutes and does not exceed a reasonable timeframe.

Once a digital service has been delivered, activated or used, it is considered fulfilled.


4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all purchases are final.

Refunds, chargebacks or payment reversals are not accepted once any of the following occurs:

  • the digital service has been delivered to the account

  • the service has been activated

  • the service has been used in game

Opening a payment dispute without prior contact may delay resolution.


6. Abuse of Payment Disputes

Opening payment disputes or chargebacks after receiving and using digital services is considered abuse.

In such cases, Warland reserves the right to:

  • permanently restrict or disable the related game account

  • remove any in game benefits associated with the disputed purchase

  • restrict access to future purchases

These actions are taken to protect the integrity of the service and the community.


7. Payment Providers

Payments may be processed through third party payment providers such as PayPal, Stripe, Paysafecard or other supported gateways.

Each payment provider operates under its own terms and conditions.
This Refund Policy applies in addition to the policies of the payment provider.

Warland is not responsible for fees applied by payment providers in the event of disputes or chargebacks.


8. Service Availability

All digital services are provided with a maximum duration as described at the time of purchase.

The availability of gaming services does not depend on individual payments and Warland is not obligated to provide services for a specific guaranteed period.


9. Changes to This Policy

Warland reserves the right to modify this Payments and Refund Policy at any time.

Any changes will be published on this page. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
