Warland x1-x12 Dynamic Progress

Hello to the entire Community,

I would like to start by expressing great praise to all of you who, after so many years, continue to love and play the wonderful game called Lineage 2.

The reason I created Warland back in 2016 was precisely this: to offer the L2 community a stable and long-lasting server, something that has been achieved from then until today. Let’s remember that Season 1 ran for 3.5 years, Season 2 for 2 years, and if you remember, it was abruptly interrupted due to a fire in OVH’s data centers in 2019, while Season 3 lasted for 2.5 years. Throughout all these years, we faced many difficulties daily. Many of these difficulties were overcome in a short period of time, while others could not be rectified with the old files and client. Therefore, in 2023, we decided to leave behind all those years of work and invest time and money into completely new files and client, the Classic Interlude Plus+.

Finally, after so many years, many of the problems we faced have been resolved, such as random disconnections and geodata issues. With the new client, we can now implement all the best practices we learned from Warland, such as autofarm, the altb community with all its services, as well as our full buffer. I am now working towards reintroducing the RaidRank and creating an entirely new system, the PlayerRank, which we will see in the future.

Season 4 started with excellent specifications and a large number of players at the beginning of the server, with steady activity and high numbers. However, over the months, this number decreased excessively, resulting in the low activity observed now. Although there are still players playing, they are few, and it is sad to see the community declining without any specific reason.

I haven’t made any announcements for quite some time because I wanted to take the time to think about what’s best for all of you and, consequently, for the server. It is obvious that the new Season 4, based on our new files, is technically the best season we have ever created. Of course, there were mistakes on my part, such as the player limit in Rift and the second chances for players who break the rules, especially concerning the boters (something that will never happen again). As a wise person said, making mistakes is not bad; not learning from them is catastrophic.

I understand now what the majority of the community wants. Everyone wants to play on a stable and long-term project, just like Warland. At the beginning, they enjoy the game with low-level farming and PvP, and generally all the easy activities offered at the start of the servers. However, as we approach the end game and the requirements increase, greater organization and more time are required to invest in over-enchant items, etc. Then, their patience runs out, and they prefer to quit the game and move to a new server that has just started, to enjoy the feeling of a new beginning again, knowing that they will leave there too after 2-3 weeks.

Taking the above into consideration, we understand why Season 4 of Warland, despite its initial success, ended so quickly. This happened because the evolution of the game on Warland was progressing too quickly due to the conveniences we added, such as autofarm, full buffs, 4 windows, 2 players Rift, and rewards, which are significant for the end game but excessively accelerate the pace of the game and lead to premature endings.

We thought about what options we really have and what we can do to serve the best interests for all of you and for the server. The first option was to start Season 2 of our PVP Server, Martial, which I had promised to last for 6 months per season, and it’s already been online for 1 year in Season 1. This is yet another proof that I, as Zeus, want our projects to last for many years, and the duration of our servers depends mainly on you, the community itself, and not on me.

However, this would essentially leave Warland inactive, which is not acceptable to me. Even though I promised at least a 6-month duration for Season 4, hoping it would keep the game alive for many years, unfortunately, that didn’t happen. Even with this development, I don’t want to end Season 4 in the shortest possible time, but to do everything I can to keep it alive and active for as long as possible.

So, I have made the decision: Warland x8 (Season 4) will remain active for as long as possible and will remain our main server. Additionally, we will start a separate project on the same Warland Login Server, aiming to fix any issues we identified in the previous period.

Regarding the connection options, when someone connects to Warland, they will have two options: a) Warland x8 and b) Warland x1-x12. This way, we provide players with the opportunity to play on both servers, according to their preferences.

Second Chance options for RMT and BOTERS are now abolished. Bans will be permanent and automatically enforced by the protection system or manually by me on all accounts within the same IP, without exceptions.

In the new server, the limit on Rift is increased to 5 people, as it is in retail. This means that players will need to cooperate to fully utilize the Rift’s capabilities. The limit for in-game windows will be 2 accounts per PC, with all players who violate this rule being banned from all their accounts. Auto Farming will be allowed for a specific period of time per PC and will increase as the game progresses, offering players the opportunity to showcase their skills. The Alt Community Board will offer all the classic services and the Full Buffer with a duration of 30 minutes.

The Warland x1-x12 Dynamic Progress will create an environment that will transform and evolve along with the game’s progression. Its aim is to provide a pleasant and long-lasting environment, which will endure for a long time and will be divided into weeks of progression.

From the first day and every month, we will reward the TOP 5 Clans of the Raid Rank as well as the TOP 10 Players of the Player Rank, granting them Euro Coins. The ratio will be 1.00 € = 1000 Euro Coins = 1000 VIP Coins. This currency will be freely tradable, and players will be able to exchange it among themselves through transactions. It is important to note that this form of currency is exempt from the rule against Real Money Trades, allowing holders to use it even for real money without fear of a ban. For all other items and currencies, the rules apply as usual, and any transaction involving RMT will result in a Perma Ban on all accounts.

The total amount of Euro Coins offered to the community on a monthly basis will exceed 3,000 euros.

Period 1: Time 0-2 Weeks: x1 Rates, 20 Level Cap. 1-hour Auto Farm/PC.
For 2 weeks, players will have the opportunity to prepare for D Grade Fights by collecting Adena, Mats, Recipes, etc., in order to craft or purchase Weapons, Armor, and Accessories. The maximum items available in the Shop will be D Grade and only No Grade SS.

Period 2: Time 2-4 Weeks: x2 Rates, 40 Level Cap. 2-hour Auto Farm/PC.
For the next 2 weeks, players will have the opportunity to prepare for C Grade Fights by collecting Adena, Mats, Recipes, Enchants, etc., in order to craft C Grade Armor Sets, Weapons, and Accessories, and to compete for the first spawn of the Epic Ant Queen. From then on, it will spawn twice a week with a 100% Jewels Drop rate. The maximum items available in the Shop will be D Grade and only No Grade SS.

Period 3: Time 4-6 Weeks: x3 Rates, 52 Level Cap. 3-hour Auto Farm/PC.
For the next 2 weeks, players will have the opportunity to prepare for B Grade Fights by collecting Adena, Mats, Recipes, Enchants, etc., in order to craft B Grade Armor Sets, Weapons, and Accessories, and to compete for the first spawn of the Epic Core. From then on, it will spawn twice a week with a 100% Jewels Drop rate, offering extra stats +5% Atk/Matk speed. The maximum items available in the Shop will be D Grade and only No Grade SS.

Period 4: Time 6-8 Weeks: x4 Rates, 61 Level Cap. 4-hour Auto Farm/PC.
For the next 2 weeks, players will have the opportunity to prepare for A Grade Fights by collecting Adena, Mats, Recipes, Enchants, etc., in order to craft A Grade Armor Sets, Weapons, and Accessories, and to compete for the first spawn of the Epic Orfen. From then on, it will spawn twice a week with a 100% Jewels Drop rate, offering extra stats +5% max HP / max MP. The maximum items available in the Shop will be C Grade, including Soul Shots / Spirit Shots.

Period 5: Time 8-12 Weeks: x5 Rates, 75 Level Cap. 5-hour Auto Farm/PC.
For the next 4 weeks, players will have the opportunity to prepare for S Grade Fights by collecting Adena, Mats, Recipes, Enchants, etc., in order to craft S Grade Armor Sets, Weapons, and Accessories, and to compete for the first spawn of the Epic Frintezza as well as the first Sieges. The maximum items available in the Shop will be B Grade, including Soul Shots / Spirit Shots, which will remain permanently.

Period 6: Time 12-16 Weeks: x8 Rates, 80 Level Cap. 6-hour Auto Farm/PC.
For the next 4 weeks, players will have the opportunity to prepare for the first Olympiad matches as well as for the spawn of the Epic Baium.

Period 7: Time 16-20 Weeks: x10 Rates. 7-hour Auto Farm/PC. Players will now focus on crafting and over-enchanting for the next 4 weeks, awaiting the first spawn of Antharas and Valakas.

Full-Time Expanded: x12 Rates. 10-hour Auto Farm/PC. Players will now focus on crafting, over-enchanting, and daily competition for a spot in the Raid / Player Rank in order to be rewarded with Euro Coin for their efforts.

The game that this server will offer will truly be enjoyable, based on the good old days of Lineage 2. It will provide stability, the perfect graphics of the Classic Client, it will be Long Term, and straightforward in its progression but at the same time demanding enough for those who want to compete for the monthly prizes of 3,000 euros from the first day of the server until the end.
