How support works
For support on our Lineage2 Interlude server, everything is handled through the official Discord. This keeps questions, bug reports, account issues and event information in one place so nothing gets lost and the staff can respond faster.
What to include
Post your character name, world, a short issue description, what you were doing when it happened, and screenshots or video if relevant.
Discord is not only the support channel. It is also the fastest place to receive server updates, maintenance information and public fixes that help multiple players at once.

Account and payment issues are prioritised and typically receive a reply within a few hours during active staff hours. Quest help, gameplay questions, and general support may take up to 24 hours depending on volume. Bug reports with clear reproduction steps and screenshots are resolved fastest - vague reports without details often require follow-up questions that delay the process.
Self-help resources
Before posting, check the patch guide and client FAQ in the Discord knowledge-base channel. Many common issues - missing textures, connection errors, and quest step confusion - already have documented fixes. Server status and maintenance announcements are pinned in the announcements channel so you can quickly confirm whether downtime is planned.
