What every player should know

Terms

Prohibited behaviour includes botting, exploiting bugs, and harassment. You may have multiple accounts and account sharing is permitted. Violations result in temporary or permanent suspension depending on severity.

Privacy & GDPR

We collect only what you provide (email, username, IP). Your data is never sold to third parties. You can request a full copy of your data or its deletion at any time through Discord. All data is stored securely within the EU.

Payments & Refunds

All donations are voluntary and support server operations. If a paid item or service is not delivered within 48 hours, you are entitled to a full refund. Chargebacks without prior contact result in automatic account suspension.

Data protection principles

We follow the core GDPR principles of data minimisation, purpose limitation, and storage limitation. This means we only ask for information that is strictly necessary to operate your account, we only use it for the purposes you consented to, and we do not keep it longer than needed. If you want to know exactly what data we hold about you, simply send a request through Discord and we will provide a machine-readable export within 30 days. You also have the right to rectification, meaning you can ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you.

The Warland Legacy Lineage 2 Interlude server is operated by SERIALHOST LTD, registered in Bulgaria. All legal policies are governed by Bulgarian law. Any disputes arising from the use of this server or website are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts.

These policies were last updated on the date indicated at the top of each policy page. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Players will be notified of significant changes through the official Discord announcements channel. Continued use of the server after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
